Hi there!

I’m Nicole the owner and creator of Midwest Cookie Co. I am a self-taught baker and decorator with a love for creating new recipes and designs. My story is a little unorthodox. My first job ever was at my family’s new bakery in 2010. I was hired to assist customers but was quickly thrown into a baking and decorating role which I LOVED. I had no training, but my parents believed in me and let me take on custom orders and start creating flavors. I continued running this bakery with my Dad until 2018 when we decided to close the store. Five months later, I decided to start my own business which became Midwest Cookie Co.

At Midwest Cookie Co. I focus on creating custom, affordable treats that taste just as good as they look. I bake in small batches using fresh and local ingredients. I truly put my heart into every order that is made and love seeing my treats being enjoyed by others. Midwest Cookie Co. is my dream job and I am so grateful and appreciative that I get to wake up every day and do something I love.
